  Varun Khanna’s capability lies in setting up green field initiatives, then nurturing its growth along a defined roadmap towards realization of its full potential. This he has done successfully across multiple sectors, nearly two decades of experience each in Education & Infra, and Real Estate & Private Equity. In the process, he has typically provided comprehensive guidance and ongoing direction across strategy formulation, financial planning, systematic operations, demand generation, brand building, product development and extended enterprise development. For example, at NIIT he spawned the franchise business, established it as a commendable national brand, and then made it international. Similarly, he took a startup such as DS Group and helped mature it to its multi-billion-dollar potential. Or that he was able to facilitate IREO’s evolution from a PE fund into a full-fledged real estate developer. 

  A graduate of Imperial College UK, in Health policy with a focus on how policy design and advocacy can bring about sustainable improvement in societies. She specializes in developing evidence-based policies that drive social change and improve public welfare, creating impactful and sustainable public policies that address pressing societal challenges through research, advocacy, and collaboration.

  Preeti Khanna is a dedicated educationist with decades of experience who has overtime built a capacity to contribute to curriculum design and general admin. She is passionate about transforming educational practices to foster engaging and inclusive learning environments. She has strived to empower educators and institutions to cultivate innovative and effective teaching strategies that enhance student learning and achievement.
